How do we perform development processes



Before each workshop with a Trainer participants receive KNOWLEDGE in the form of e-learning that is later used in exercises, wjhich helps avoid wasting time on boring classroom lectures. Every participant individually determines the time and method of preparation for the training.


At this stage we experience, analyse and teach how to use effective tools in everyday work. Every participant leaves the workshops equipped a set of practical and tested methods and professional skills.


Each development activity finishes with a recapitulation of KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS in the form of follow-up e-learning. This is how we usually practice induction tasks, which are later verified in a report with recommendations for the future, which closes the workshops.
